Directions
The castle of Ernegg is situated on a hill, with wonderful views stretching as far as Waldviertel.
The castle is only a one hour's drive from Vienna and Linz and two hours from Salzburg.
from Salzburg/Linz
- Highway exit Amstetten Ost to B1 direction Amstetten Ost, at B1 turn left (signs to Amstetten/Blindenmarkt)
- Take the fourth exit in the roundabout
- Go straight ahead until you reach the new bypass in Steinakirchen, take the third exit in the roundabout to Wolfpassing/Wieselburg
- In Wolfpassing, take the first right to Ernegg (you can see the golf court on your right hand side)
from Vienna
- Highway exit Ybbs to B25 to Wieselburg, pass through Wieselburg
- Turn right to Steinakirchen at the third traffic lights (sign to Steinakirchen)
- Go straight ahead, take the second exit in the roundabout to Steinakirchen/Wolfpassing
- In Wolfpassing, take the first left to Ernegg (you can see the golf court a little further ahead on your left hand side)
